The Nothing Phone (4b) features a 6.77-inch Full HD+ Samsung Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 × 2344 pixels. The display supports a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, ensuring smooth scrolling, fluid animations, and an enhanced gaming experience.
Nothing has also equipped the display with a 1,000Hz instant touch sampling rate, 480Hz PWM dimming, and up to 2,000 nits peak brightness, making it comfortable to use even under bright sunlight. The panel supports 16.7 million colours and is protected by AGC DT-Star 2 glass, while the handset carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.
Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 Powers The Phone

Under the hood, the Phone (4b) is powered by Qualcomm’s 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor, paired with the Adreno 810 GPU, Qualcomm AI Engine, Hexagon NPU, and Spectra Image Signal Processor.
The chipset is complemented by 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, providing enough power for everyday multitasking, gaming, and productivity.
To keep temperatures under control during extended gaming sessions, Nothing has included a 4,400 sq mm vapour chamber cooling system, helping the device maintain stable performance under heavy workloads.
New Glyph Bar Interface Takes Center Stage
One of the biggest highlights of the Nothing Phone (4b) is the introduction of the Glyph Bar, replacing the traditional Glyph Interface seen on earlier Nothing smartphones.
The new system features 45 individually controllable mini-LEDs arranged across four addressable lighting zones, allowing for more dynamic notifications and visual interactions.
The Glyph Bar supports several useful functions, including Essential Notifications, Glyph Timer, Volume Indicator, Live Updates, Glyph Torch, Glyph Progress, Camera Countdown, Recording Light, Flip to Glyph, Flip to Record, Bedtime Schedule, and an NFC Indicator.
Instead of being just a design element, the Glyph Bar is intended to provide glanceable information and reduce the need to constantly unlock the phone.
Dual Cameras With OIS And 4K Video Recording
For photography, the Nothing Phone (4b) sports a dual rear camera setup led by a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS), and autofocus support.
The primary camera is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide camera offering a 119.5-degree field of view, making it suitable for landscapes and group photos.
On the front, the smartphone houses a 16MP selfie camera with a Samsung sensor for selfies and video calls. The camera system supports 4K video recording at up to 30fps, enabling users to capture high-resolution videos with improved stabilization.
Android 16 And Long-Term Software Support
The Phone (4b) ships with Nothing OS 4.1 based on Android 16, delivering a clean interface with minimal pre-installed apps and Nothing’s signature design language.
Nothing has committed to three major Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates, making it one of the strongest software support promises in this segment. This ensures users will continue receiving new Android features and security patches for years after purchasing the device.
Massive 6,000mAh Battery With Reverse Charging
Powering the smartphone is a 6,000mAh battery, making it one of the largest batteries offered by Nothing so far.
The phone supports 33W wired fast charging, which the company claims can charge the battery from 0 to 100 percent in around 80 minutes. In addition, the Phone (4b) also supports 7.5W wired reverse charging, allowing users to charge compatible accessories such as earbuds or even another smartphone when required.
Combined with the efficient Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset and optimized Nothing OS 4.1, the large battery is expected to comfortably deliver a full day—and potentially longer—of regular usage on a single charge.
