The JBL PartyBox 720 is the most powerful speaker in the new lineup. It delivers 800W RMS output through two 9-inch woofers and two 30mm dome tweeters. JBL says it can deliver up to 15 hours of playback on a single charge. The speaker also comes with built-in wheels and an ergonomic handle, making it easier to move despite its large size.
It carries an IPX4 rating for splash resistance. There are also two XLR inputs for connecting microphones, guitars or a DJ console. JBL’s Pro Sound and AI Sound Boost technologies are included. However, AI Vocal Removal is not supported on the PartyBox 720.
JBL PartyBox 330 And PartyBox 130 Specifications
The PartyBox 330 sits below the 720 but still packs 280W RMS output. It uses dual 6.5-inch woofers and PEN dome tweeters. The speaker offers up to 18 hours of playback. It also gets a telescopic locking handle and wide wheels for easier portability.
The PartyBox 130 is a more compact option. It delivers 200W RMS output through two 5.25-inch woofers and offers up to 15 hours of playback. A foldable carry handle makes it easier to take around.
Both speakers are designed for more than just music playback. They feature an optical TV input, so users can connect them to a television. They also get dual microphone and guitar inputs for karaoke or acoustic sessions. USB Type-C lossless audio, Auracast multi-speaker pairing and IPX4 protection are also supported.
JBL PartyBox On-The-Go 2 Plus And On-The-Go 2 Specifications
The PartyBox On-The-Go 2 series is aimed at users who want a more portable setup. Both models deliver 100W RMS output and come with a flexible handle and shoulder strap. They offer up to 15 hours of playback, replaceable batteries, fast charging and IPX4 splash resistance.
The PartyBox On-The-Go 2 Plus is the more feature-packed model. It supports EasySing AI Vocal Removal, pitch support and natural reverb. JBL also includes one EasySing microphone with the speaker. The standard PartyBox On-The-Go 2 comes with a music-synchronised light show, guitar and AUX inputs, along with one wireless microphone. It does not support AI Vocal Removal.
JBL PartyBox Encore 2 Plus Specifications
The PartyBox Encore 2 Plus is designed for smaller gatherings. It delivers 100W RMS output and provides up to 15 hours of playback. The speaker has a grab-and-go handle and includes one EasySing microphone.
It also supports guitar and AUX inputs. An IPX4 rating provides protection against splashes. This makes it a more practical option for users who want a party speaker that is easier to carry around.
JBL EasySing Mics Bring AI Karaoke Features
JBL has also launched the EasySing Mics as a standalone pair. They are designed for compatible PartyBox speakers and bring several AI-powered karaoke features.
The microphones support real-time AI Vocal Removal, which can reduce lead vocals from regular music tracks. They also offer Voice Boost, natural reverb, echo control and AI noise suppression. JBL claims up to 10 hours of battery life and a wireless range of up to 30 metres.
This means existing PartyBox owners with compatible models can add the karaoke features without buying another speaker.
