Nothing has launched two new smartphones in India — the Nothing Phone 4a and the Nothing Phone 4a Pro. Both devices were unveiled at a global event in London and bring the brand’s signature transparent design along with upgraded hardware. While the two phones share several features, the Pro version introduces some noticeable upgrades. These include a faster chipset, a smoother display, and a redesigned Glyph lighting system.

The design language remains familiar with Nothing’s transparent aesthetic. However, the lighting systems differ significantly.
The Phone 4a introduces the new Glyph Bar interface with 63 mini-LEDs and six addressable zones. Meanwhile, the Phone 4a Pro features a larger Glyph Matrix interface with 137 mini-LEDs that can display animations, battery indicators, and interactive widgets.

The Nothing Phone 4a runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset built on a 4nm architecture. It is paired with up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The Nothing Phone 4a Pro steps up the performance with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. It also supports faster LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
Both phones run Android 16 with Nothing OS 4.1. Nothing promises three years of Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates for both devices.

The Nothing Phone 4a Pro starts at Rs. 39,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model. The 8GB + 256GB variant costs Rs. 42,999 and the top-end 12GB + 256GB model is priced at Rs. 45,999.
The Phone 4a will go on sale starting March 13, while the Phone 4a Pro will be available from March 27 via Flipkart.
